The top is solid spruce while the back and sides are nicely figured ash laminate. The Spruce top will provide a bright and punchy tone that really cuts through and because it has a solid wood soundboard the guitar will only get better as the timber ages! 

It is also worth noting that this guitar has a dual action truss rod installed which is a useful change to the traditional way that classical guitars were constructed
