Good customer service
By: Jacqueline on 6 April 2019I ordered a set of instrument last time including cowbell, however, there was dust inside the cowbell and scratches on the outside. I replied Artist Guitars regarding this, they immediately send me another without additional cost. I have received the replacement but the condition was the same, it came with a very dusty and old plastic bag this time. I just gave in since it still can be used and the customer service is good. Will probably come back again but not for cowbell.
