You get what you pay for

I have previously bought a bass guitar from Artist and been very happy with quality so I thought drum sticks would be fine. However these sticks are very poor quality. The nylon tips came off both sticks the first time I used them. They are not even cut straight, you can lay them on a table and the roll like an egg. Also because the shoulder of the stick varies from one side to the other the weight distribution changes depending on how you oick them up. I know they were cheap but based on previous experience with Artist I expected better than what I got. Drum sticks should be a no brainer to get right.
