This Economy Hard Foam Case will protect your Guitar and keep it safe and sound. It has a very light but strong foam construction using tough nylon and quality zips and it is lined with 2mm black plush. It features a great little compartment for all your accessories and spare strings. It has carry handles as well as detachable "backpack-style" shoulder straps. This case will fit Strats, Super Strats and Tele shapes.

Purchases with Artist Guitars come with a 3-year Warranty. Warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and in the original country of purchase. Please take note of your order number to help us verify your purchase in the event of a warranty claim.
If the issue can be fixed by replacing a part, we will send it to you free of charge. Spare parts are shipped from our office in Sydney, Australia. If more extensive work is required our Customer Happiness department will arrange a free return slip or courier collection to get your item returned for further assessment.
Also included in your warranty is our industry leading 100 Days Change of Mind Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with the quality of any of our products, we'll be happy to arrange a free return of your product for an exchange or full refund, including any shipping charges. This also covers instances where you may have bought the wrong size or if you simply change your mind.
If you do require a return, just Open a Support Ticket and we'll either send you a reply paid label for Australia Post or arrange for a collection by courier. This will depend on your location and the product you purchased. If you have any trouble you can contact us.

Good quality product, Service can be improved
Good product and speedy reply. The downside experience is that it took nearly 2 weeks for the product to get sent from one AKL address to another AKL address. Clearly something went wrong with the delivery. CS team assumed it was due to Covid delay and asked me to keep waiting (but in reality there was little to no delay on the NZ post side). Finally they followed up with NZ post and got it resolved after I am about to cancel the order.

Surprisingly usable
My wife will tell you I own w-a-y too many guitars. And being someone who likes to keeps his gear in pristine condition, I have hard cases for each of them. (Never did trust gig bags!) Anyway, I needed another hard case for my latest acquisition (a superb Artist TC59 Telecaster, incidentally), and I came across this budget-priced item. Initially, to me at least, the description "Foam Hard Case" seemed an oxymoron — I had no desire to carry my pride-and-joy around in marshmallow — but positive reviews encouraged me to look closer, and I eventually ordered. Anyway, this case surprised me — yes, it's of foam construction, but it really is a solid build, and I have absolutely no concerns re its ability to protect my guitar. No, I wouldn't entrust it to an airport baggage handler, but then I wouldn't do that with a good guitar anyway. In short, it's lightweight yet surprisingly usable — top marks, AG!

Fantastic case
This was a surprise as the case is fantastic. Fits the electric guitar well. Easy to carry and has a sling too. Also an outside pouch for all the music notes. Artist EFC701 Economy Foam Hard Case for Electric
This case was delivered promptly and was well packed. As an economy product it is very adequate for the task. The quality of zips (being an important component) seems very good. Tags on the zips are large with holes through end for securing bag with a small padlock if so desired. The space for guitar body is ample, perhaps a little on wide side for a typical Strat design so guitar slides around a bit, but being a universal sizing, it's probably not a bad thing to have more room than not enough! I found I could leave the guitar strap attached and pack this in beside the guitar to act as lateral padding. The shell is robust enough and my only thought for improvement would be a slightly softer interior - i.e. more padding. However, this is indeed an economy case! A shoulder strap is supplied and all up, makes for a nice easy carry across one's back. I do like the feel and ease of packing these cases in vehicle without knocking anything around. Perfect size and weight
