Artist REBC300RC Black Bass Guitar Hard Case w/ Lock
Protect your instrument during transport and storage with the Artist REBC300RC Black Bass Guitar Hard Case. Built with a solid plywood core and a tough PVC exterior, this case provides reliable defence against impacts and everyday wear. The black vinyl covering gives it a clean, professional look suitable for any gig.
Inside the case, a black plush lining cushions your bass to prevent scratches and finish damage. The hardware consists of three sturdy hinges and three silver-colored latches. One of these latches is fully lockable, giving you extra security when you are travelling or storing your gear. A built-in accessory compartment provides plenty of room to pack your cables, tuners, picks, and a spare guitar strap.
This case is designed to fit a wide variety of standard electric bass shapes. It is highly compatible with the Fender P-Bass, Fender Jazz Bass, Fender Bass VI, and the Rickenbacker 4003 or 4003S, as well as their equivalent body styles. Please note that this case will not fit long-scale 35-inch basses or instruments with unusual, asymmetrical body shapes.

We ship all orders for free. All deliveries are insured so if an item arrives damaged we'll happily refund or replace it for you. Check our warranty page for more information.
Purchases with Artist Guitars come with a 3-year Warranty. Warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and in the original country of purchase. Please take note of your order number to help us verify your purchase in the event of a warranty claim.
If the issue can be fixed by replacing a part, we will send it to you free of charge. Spare parts are shipped from our office in Sydney, Australia. If more extensive work is required our Customer Happiness department will arrange a free return slip or courier collection to get your item returned for further assessment.
Also included in your warranty is our industry leading 100 Days Change of Mind Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with the quality of any of our products, we'll be happy to arrange a free return of your product for an exchange or full refund, including any shipping charges. This also covers instances where you may have bought the wrong size or if you simply change your mind.
If you do require a return, just Open a Support Ticket and we'll either send you a reply paid label for Australia Post or arrange for a collection by courier. This will depend on your location and the product you purchased. If you have any trouble you can contact us.

I bought this case to fit an Ibanez TMB30 short scale bass.I knew it would be too long, as the case fits a full scale bass.The body of the bass fits nicely width wise, and only requires two rectangles of closed cell foam {From Para Rubber} at the headstock and bottom strap ends for a great fit.The case is well made and great value for money.Best Regards,Mike.

Great case for the price. Works as it should, plenty of room for a P Bass. Only thing I would change is the polystyrene neck support. It deforms easily and the bass moves around. Will probably replace it with a wooden one. Other than that, very happy with it and would definitely buy another one.

The Hard case is extremely well made, very nice plush interior, perfect fit for my Bass. Great neck support, with a handy plush lined gear box which fits cables, leads, straps and spare strings etc. It's well balanced for our heavy bass guitars, very sturdy and appreciate the rounded corners, it's also nice to feel that little bit more secure with being able to lock the case. "So I'm one of those guys that struck it lucky at a second hand shop. You know those stories you hear. Dude goes into Pawnshop, walks out with a Fender for a song. That is literally me, with my Fender Aerodyne Japanese Import Jazz Bass.So there I was, with not a lot of coin, but with this amazing bass...and nothing to put it in. I dragged this thing to practice like loading a newborn into it's booster seat....I even used the seat-belt on it. And I worried. I worried, and worried some more. The universe had delivered me this gift, and I was putting it all at risk. Would Karma turn on me, and my new Fender Friend? Could this glorious instrument survive this new relationship? Was I taking her for granted?Yes I was. So I had to find an affordable case and fast. Used....no luck....Local music shop....ouch....more $ than the cost of the bass. Then, like a shining beacon on a dark mountain top, Artist Guitars called across the world wide web. Hard Case $89....Free Delivery. No way. This must be crap right? Wrong. This case fits my bass like a glove. It's well put together, nicely lined, and has good solid catches. Great product, fast delivery via Aust Post, and it arrived in perfect condition. IF you need to protect a guitar or bass...one of these cases is your answer. Quick note. I originally put the tweed version in my shopping cart, then checked sizes, and realized, it was too short. Be Aware the Black Bass Case is 20mm longer than the tweed."

This is an excellent case for the price. Your bass will be snug - there isn't much wiggle room (Fender Aerodyne Jazz Bass). But for under $100 delivered, there is no way you're getting much better than this.

A great hard case for very little $$$
I needed a hard case for one of my basses. Having only had hiscox liteflites in the past, my expectations for how a case should be are pretty high. For about a third of the cost of a hiscox case, the artist cases are excellent! The only difference is the weight, otherwise my bass feels as protected by the frame, and as cushioned by the plush interior. I'm impressed! I'm currently eyeing off the "grungemaster" (*cough* jazzmaster). Artist guitars, you're onto a good thing! Only reason I gave 4 stars was due to the weight, it's heavy. But that also means it's solid and sturdy.

First-class service
I actually bought this case, and then returned it. It was a great unit - robust, well-designed, typical great AG quality - but it didn't quite fit my over-large bass. (I reckon the case would fit 99% of basses, but it's just that mine is atypical.) So, why am I rating the case anyway? Well, purely to highlight Artist Guitars' first-class service when it comes to returns. Within literally ten minutes of my e-mailing them explaining the problem, I had a free postage return label sent to me (thanks, Molly!), and I was able to drop the box back to Aust Post. As soon as it reached AG, they promptly refunded my $$$. It's that sort of no-hassles service post-sales that ensures I always come back to AG for buying gear - I've purchased from them 60-70 times over the past few years, and, without exception, I've been very happy with quality and price. AND, on the very rare occasions like this one, when the product didn't quite suit, the problem was addressed courteously and efficiently. I firmly believe Artist Guitars is the best online guitar store in the country.

WOW, is yet again all I can say. I ordered this online yesterday and it was just delivered to my door today. Sydney overnight to Sunshine Coast Queensland. The case is the same high quality as the other one I have. The case is hard on the outside with a vinyl type cover and inside is fluffly soft black fur. A gear pocket under flap is a great touch, and the case itself is lockable. I priced a very similar one at a music shop and it was $150-00. Great service, quick delivery, awesome products. :)
