Introducing the Artist WGS20 Wireless System, the big brother to our best-selling Artist WGS10! With greater speed and less interference as a result of the WGS20 transmitting over 5.8 GHz, this is the perfect product for those looking to leave the cable life behind with a wireless system that can be wholly relied upon! Suitable for guitar, bass and other ¼” jack instruments, the WGS20 provides up to 30m of wireless signal transfer with <5ms latency from a compact and durable transmitter to the corresponding receiver, and is suitable for any amp!
With 270 degrees of rotation, the input jack is also suitable for almost any instrument. The inbuilt rechargeable lithium-ion battery allows up to 8 hours of continuous play from a full charge, and the WGS20 includes a USB charging cable to ensure you’re always ready to rock! With the ability to switch between six channels, the WGS20 can be used by a whole band without interference or latency!

We use Courier services to ship our goods to you as fast as possible. Once the package leaves our warehouse the time to your door depends on your location, and any reported delays in your area.
We ship all orders for free. All deliveries are insured so if an item arrives damaged we'll happily refund or replace it for you. Check our warranty page for more information.
Purchases with Artist Guitars come with a 3-year Warranty. Warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and in the original country of purchase. Please take note of your order number to help us verify your purchase in the event of a warranty claim.
If the issue can be fixed by replacing a part, we will send it to you free of charge. Spare parts are shipped from our office in Sydney, Australia. If more extensive work is required our Customer Happiness department will arrange a free return slip or courier collection to get your item returned for further assessment.
Also included in your warranty is our industry leading 100 Days Change of Mind Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with the quality of any of our products, we'll be happy to arrange a free return of your product for an exchange or full refund, including any shipping charges. This also covers instances where you may have bought the wrong size or if you simply change your mind.
If you do require a return, just Open a Support Ticket and we'll either send you a reply paid label for Australia Post or arrange for a collection by courier. This will depend on your location and the product you purchased. If you have any trouble you can contact us.

Failed within a few weeks
Seemed to be great to start with but progressively began to break up now the unit has failed completely only weeks after buying, the only signal getting through is a loud crackle. Probably best avoid this option and put the money toward something better quality

These are a great bit of kit. I can't fault them, they pair instantly, no lag, no sound issues at all. They stay charged for 8 hours and charge quickly. Allows freedom walking around the stage, sound testing etc. Price is a little dearer than competitors but I have no complaints at all.
