Amazing
I originally bought a $400 electric guitar from artistguitars but didn't quite like the feel or sound. I decided to upgrade to this one. Personal I wasn't a fan of the colour, but I was curious about the pickups being hand wound and wanted a unique tone. I decided to buy this guitar based on the video review of the Skylar since there were none on this specific one. When I opened up the box I was surprised how much nicer it looked in person. There was a couple frets with tiny fret buzz but that's to be expected like a car alignment with new wheels Ima take it to my guy to adjust the neck etc. I haven't yet done it but I've been playing this thing 3-4 hrs a day.. it's hard to put down, I took it to my teacher and he was really impressed with the price and quality. This is my very first electric and I wanted something versatile for all styles because I also teach. It's nice to the touch for speed, perfect size for my medium size hands, best part is the beautiful tone and that's why I can't put this down. I also bought a tweed case with it that just looks stunning as I'm a retro person, although I wish they had options for a purple tiger guitar and this would've been my dream guitar, but I'll settle for the orange - it's quite unique and still looks stunning. I especially love the price for value, will be buying more from this website

Product Description

Artist Skyler 15th Anniversary Tiger Flame Electric Guitar
We're turning 15! We've certainly come a long way from our humble beginnings producing a small range of electric guitars all those years ago! To celebrate, we're bringing you a range of pro-spec instruments at prices that defy belief - just as we've been doing for the last 15 years...
We introduced the Artist Skyler earlier in the year to vigorous demand for more, so it's only right we continue our anniversary range with a very special edition of this belter of a guitar! Featuring the splittable hand-wound Laohao humbuckers you know and love, the Skyler produces a clear, bell-like high-end and throaty mid-range with plenty of bite, and compresses beautifully to produce rich harmonic distortion tones when pushed. With push/pull knobs, the Skyler is incredibly versatile - simply split the coils for gorgeous, medium-output strat-like single-coil tones when needed!
Much like its less-flashy little brother, the 15th Anniversary Skyler features a C-shaped quartersawn roasted maple neck, rosewood fretboard, and 22 stainless-steel frets. At a 14-inch radius, this is an ergonomic, lightning-quick neck perfect for the virtuosos amongst you! High-grade, 19:1 ratio locking tuners and a 42mm bone nut ensure your tuning remains incredibly stable, while the included strap locks ensure you can headbang to your heart's content, safe in the knowledge that the limited edition Tiger Flame quilted maple top remains unsullied by the rigours of the road! Like the rest of our range, the 15th Anniversary edition of the Skyler has been painstakingly designed to perfectly balance professional quality with our famous affordability - the same ethos that has carried us since our first guitar rolled off the line all those years ago.
Whether you've been with us since the beginning, or you've come in late, we can't thank you enough for supporting us in delivering quality instruments at an affordable price. Here's to another 15 years, and many more!
