Each channel comes with a dedicated volume control, plus a master volume, providing ample clean headroom for gigs and rehearsals whilst allowing you to drive the Clean channel for a warm, dynamic breakup at manageable volumes—ideal for both home practice, studio work, Whether you're playing in a small venue, or on a stage for thousands of fans, this is the perfect amp for you!
When you engage the overdrive channel, you’ll experience a creamy distortion with a rich harmonic complexity. Alternatively, keep the amp clean and send your favourite pedals through the front end—the Tweedtone 20R is a great platform for pedals! The in-built digital reverb also provides a lush blanket to your tone—keep it low and subtle, or dial it up to get that long, dreamy ambience.
With a responsive 3-band EQ at your fingertips, dialling in your sound has never been easier. The amp is equipped with a high-performance Celestion 70-80, a detailed and crisply defined 12-inch speaker with a tightly controlled low-end and punchy aggressive upper mid-range. It also features a handy footswitch jack on the back, letting you seamlessly switch between those pristine clean tones and the deliciously dirty overdrive with ease. (Footswitch sold separately)

- MASTER REVERB - Adjusts the amount of reverb added to the normal signal.
- FOOTSWITCH INPUT - On the back of the amp. This switches the Clean and Drive channel. A footswitch is not included. (Please note, the drive button needs to be pressed in for this to work)
- STANDBY SWITCH - Switches the amp in/out of standby power mode. Wait until 30 seconds after the power switch is turned on to prolong your tube life.

We ship all orders for free. All deliveries are insured so if an item arrives damaged we'll happily refund or replace it for you. Check our warranty page for more information.
Purchases with Artist Guitars come with a 3-year Warranty. Warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and in the original country of purchase. Please take note of your order number to help us verify your purchase in the event of a warranty claim.
If the issue can be fixed by replacing a part, we will send it to you free of charge. Spare parts are shipped from our office in Sydney, Australia. If more extensive work is required our Customer Happiness department will arrange a free return slip or courier collection to get your item returned for further assessment.
Also included in your warranty is our industry leading 100 Days Change of Mind Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with the quality of any of our products, we'll be happy to arrange a free return of your product for an exchange or full refund, including any shipping charges. This also covers instances where you may have bought the wrong size or if you simply change your mind.
If you do require a return, just Open a Support Ticket and we'll either send you a reply paid label for Australia Post or arrange for a collection by courier. This will depend on your location and the product you purchased. If you have any trouble you can contact us.

Took it out to town for a gig
Was waiting until i took this out on a gig before posting a review. Very pleased with this amp, Both my other amps are 2x12 cabs (30w and 50w), and i needed something physically smaller, while still packing a punch, and this is it.. used it on a gig last night and it behaved exactly like i wanted. This will be my go-to for most future gigs. i'll have a few speakers lying around, and will swap it out sometime to see what different tones i can get, not because the stock speaker sounds bad, just because i like to tinker. Price paid for the quality of product blows my mind, Just another reason why I keep coming back to the Artist Guitars website.

Great Amp!
I am a pro musician (working musician) have been a session player in the past and now playamy weddings/ functions etc. This amp is fantastic, I have been a Marshall user for ever and decided to try something new - no going back for me. The delivers a beautiful clean tone and the reverb is equally as tasty. Used in combination with my Strat it's a sound that just works!!! Nothing flash, nothing technical - it's just does the job and sounds great. The Amp is perfect in band situation for a small to medium size gig (the big gigs, needs to use a mic) but it holds it own and always get many comments on "what amp am I using". Enjoying the Amp
This is my first valve Amp, so still learning. Once I found out how to sort out the EQ knobs, I found the clean channel to be quite nice. The overdrive channel is ok, but I would not use it for more than a Low overdrive, and possibly use it with a mid range OD pedal to get from low to high effect. The Reverb, I am still playing with. What I love is that there is a volume control for each of the 2 channels, plus a master volume control. I would recommend it as a less expensive Amp, but then the better amps are probably 4 times or more than the cost of this amp so good value for money. I had to Search the internet for how to set up the EQ. what would be great is if you either did a video, or included how to set it up in the instructions book.

Tweed tone review
I've built my own 50w amps and they sound great but just too loud for most pubs and other venues so turning them down I lose the sweet spot. This tweed amp is bloody brilliant. I love the tone and it gives a nice balance of tone and break up or what ever you looking for. For a 20 watt amp it's still quite loud but just loud enough to dial in a sweet spot without making everybody deaf. I'm really impressed. You've hit the nail on the head with this amp especially for price point.

Wow ! This amp is just awesome! The clean channel Is beautifully balanced and crystal clear and sounds great with my Telecaster with both pickups for classic country riffs. The overdrive channel is superb, great for anthing From blues to classic rock and beyond. The sustain is great! LOVE this amp. The pedal? Not so much, but it works fine. W/a 1.5m lead you need to get a mono coupler w/at least a 3m cable. No worries, but annoying. The clean is crazy good. The OD is REALLY hard to dial in. After 1 month of fiddling still not happy. Primarily a vocalist I run my TC-59 pots open. Riding the vp all night? No thanks. Too much to think about. For solos I wanna stomp then romp. Then back to the vocal. But, that's just me. I'll figure it out. The amp's everything you'll ever need. It's a GREAT amp. Definitely get the footswitch and 2 high quality mono couplers and a 3m cable. I'm giving the amp 5 stars. But, 4.5 overall because of the footswitch cable length. Also, once you start gigging get a 2nd pedal. That's what I'm going to do. I don't trust the quality.

This review is in two parts. 1: I bought the amp through the [Customer Return and Damaged Goods] section, for the amount of use it will get I couldn't justify a new amp but I wanted a valve amp. After backwards and forwards a couple of times because the returned amps had problems which the Tech didn't fix properly they gave me a deal on a new amp which wasn't expected but greatfully received. I love this Amp. At $499 It is pound for pound (and Dollar for Dollar) the Best value Valve amp around. it has separate Clean and Drive channels that You can toggle(noiselessly)between using an optional footswitch (I already had one) And both are Great The Clean is sparkly Clean and the Drive has some real Grunt. I have tested it with My Jimmy Vaughan Fender Strat(Single Coils), My PRS SE277 SemiHollow Baritone Guitar(P90s) and My Artist LP59 (Humbuckers)and all the Guitars really Shine through this Amp. My other Amps are a VoxAC15HW(Alnico Blue) and Vox AD60 VTX and this Little Champ is right up there with them at a fraction of the price
