The Hotone Ampero (MP-100) is a compact, high-performance amp modeller and multi-effects processor designed for guitarists, bassists, and acoustic players. Driven by Hotone’s evolved CDCM HD (Comprehensive Dynamic Circuit Modelling High Definition) and F.I.R.E. (Field Impulse Response Enhancement) modelling technology, the Ampero delivers organic amp response, authentic cabinet dynamics, and studio-grade effect processing in an ultra-thin aluminium chassis.
Featuring a vibrant 4-inch colour touchscreen, four assignable footswitches with halo LEDs, and an integrated expression pedal, the Ampero provides complete hands-free control for live gigs and studio sessions.

Powered by a dual DSP-powered platform with 24-bit processing and up to 120dB S/N ratio, the Ampero packs extensive tonal versatility into a single rig:
- Expansive Effects Library: Over 240 total effects, including 64 amp models, 60 cabinet models, 100+ legendary stompboxes, and 50+ Hotone original effects.
- 3-Way Input Selector: Features specialised input switching optimised for Electric Guitars (E.GT), Acoustic Guitars (A.GT), and Line Level instruments (LINE).
- 9 Simultaneous Effect Modules: Run up to 9 effect blocks concurrently across 198 total presets (99 factory / 99 user).
- User IR Loader: Supports 24-bit/44.1kHz mono WAV cabinet IRs (1024 points) with 3rd party IR loading capabilities.

Pro Connections and USB Interface
Designed for versatile stage and recording setups, the Ampero includes 1/4" stereo outputs, balanced XLR outputs with ground lift, an AUX input, a headphone jack, MIDI input, and an EXP 2 controller port.
Its USB 2.0 port functions as a USB audio interface and connects to the free Mac/PC editor software for sound customisation and firmware updates.

Purchases with Artist Guitars come with a 3-year Warranty. Warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and in the original country of purchase. Please take note of your order number to help us verify your purchase in the event of a warranty claim.
If the issue can be fixed by replacing a part, we will send it to you free of charge. Spare parts are shipped from our office in Sydney, Australia. If more extensive work is required our Customer Happiness department will arrange a free return slip or courier collection to get your item returned for further assessment.
Also included in your warranty is our industry leading 100 Days Change of Mind Policy
If you're not completely satisfied with the quality of any of our products, we'll be happy to arrange a free return of your product for an exchange or full refund, including any shipping charges. This also covers instances where you may have bought the wrong size or if you simply change your mind.
