Valeton GP150 Modelling Processor Effects Pedal w/ NAM Loader
The Valeton GP-150 is a next-generation multi-effects processor that builds on the GP series with updated sound quality, improved workflow, and expanded control. Designed for both practice and performance, it combines portability with a wide range of professional features. Powered by Valeton’s second-generation HD modelling engine, the GP-150 includes over 200 effects with a 48 kHz sample rate for improved clarity and response. A redesigned cabinet simulation enhances realism, while support for third-party IRs (1024 and 2048 points) allows detailed tone shaping.
SnapTone technology enables NAM (Neural Amp Modeller) file conversion and loading, giving access to a broader range of amp profiles. The unit stores up to 100 SnapTone files, with 50 included, along with 20 third-party IR slots. The GP-150 supports up to 12 effect modules in a fully adjustable signal chain, allowing flexible routing to suit different playing styles. It includes 200 patch slots, with 100 factory presets organised for practical, ready-to-use tones.
The interface features a 2.4-inch HD colour LCD, dedicated controls, and colour-changing footswitch indicators for clear visual feedback. A master volume knob and direct-access controls make on-the-fly adjustments simple. The dual footswitch design, paired with a built-in expression pedal, allows control over multiple effects, tap tempo, and assigned functions. Additional features include a built-in looper with up to 180 seconds of recording time and a drum machine with over 100 patterns. A precise tuner with multiple modes is also included.
Connectivity covers stereo outputs with balanced TRS, MIDI control via USB, Bluetooth, and TRS, plus support for external expression pedals and switches. The GP-150 also functions as a 6-in/4-out USB audio interface for recording on Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android devices. A built-in 3000 mAh battery provides over six hours of use, with charging via USB-C or DC power. Bluetooth connectivity allows wireless editing and patch management through the companion mobile app, while desktop software supports deeper editing and updates.
