So what is the best guitar pick to use a for a beginner ?

We have three basic types of materials in our guitar picks

Celluloid - These look great but can be very slippery if you sweat a lot. 

Nylon - These last longer than celluloid and have better grip

Tortex or Delrin - These last the longest 

At the end of the day these are just a guide and each persons pick is a personal choice, so grab a few different gauges and see which one works for you.
