Artist Guitars Shipping Delays
Due to the backlog of orders during the COVID19 level 4 lockdown, our New Zealand warehouse is about 5 working days behind on processing orders. They are also adhering to social distancing requirements which limit the amount of staff that can be deployed. To remedy this, they are working in shifts and over weekends to catch up.
CourierPost is currently experiencing delays of up to 10 working days due to high parcel volumes.

We're seeing a significant increase in parcel volumes. While the majority of parcels are being delivered within 3 days, some parcel deliveries are delayed by up to 5 days. Deliveries into the Waikato region may be delayed by up to 10 days, and Auckland by up to two weeks. To help us help you, please only contact us if our tracking tool shows it’s been more than 5 days (10 days in the Waikato and 2 weeks in Auckland) since NZ Post received your parcel. We understand how important your parcels are to you and our team are working very hard to get them to you as soon as possible.
